The National Reconstruction process of Angola, the relations with Brazil and the geopolitical position of the country topped on Thursday in Rio de Janeiro the discussion in a lecture chaired by the Angolan ambassador Brazil, Nelson Cosme.

The Angolan diplomat, who was speaking to an audience of hundred Angolan students and diplomats, said that with the end of the armed conflict that tore the country apart, by greatly disrupting the Angolan families, one of the priorities of the executive was the investment in training.

Nelson Cosme also highlighted the National Development Plan 2013/2017 as a way to achieve growth, based on its three pillars namely, stability, growth and jobs, essential factors for the sustainable development.
