Why Porsche Is Making Its Way To Kenya

By selling just over 35 cars in the Kenyan market — before the flagship store has opened — luxury automobile maker Porsche is confident that the company is making the right decision by planning to target the country’s rising middle income class.  CNBC Africa reported that financial factors including respectable GDP growth are what creates the lure to African markets.

“It makes no sense to be in Kenya if we cannot find the right partner in the market that can represent the brand values as we see them, and is prepared to make the investment to the level of standard that we expect,” Steffen Fleck, director of Porsche Middle East & Africa said.
