The Yunak Evleri, Cappadocia, Turkey

This hotel isn’t inside of an old building, per se, but it’s certainly inside a former dwelling of note. The Yunak Evleri has just 30 rooms, all inside caves where people lived dating back to the fifth and sixth centuries. Rooms are decorated with items from the Ottoman Empire and are linked by labyrinthine hallways.
