Haut Espoir Estate is not as old as some of its counterparts in the surrounding valley of Franschhoek; in fact it was only established in 1999. The wines produced here are special, and not just because of their established quality, but also because they are produced in a way that is both respectful and conscious of the surrounding indigenous flora of the area.
